Fast Reaction Maintenance Teams (FRMT)
Our FRMT teams deploy modern equipped maintenance vehicles between the four regions and the location of our customer bases (near the customer). The teams are specially trained and equipped to perform small maintenance tasks according to Daily Request Order (DRO) or Emergency Request Order (ERO) orders to keep your fleet running.
Wesaya Orders with Maintenance and Repair Cards (MRC) assign the tasks that allow Fast Reaction Maintenance Teams (FRMT) to execute orders at a high professional level. The FRMT’s are connected to the main center through our specialized experts to solve any kind of problem.
Communication and continuity of operations:
We have different service models for major repairs to give our customers more choice and maintain their fleet operations. This includes our Engine Exchange Program (EEP) where you can have a replacement engine while your major engine undergoes major service or repair. Inboard Engines from MTU, VOLVO Penta, Caterpillar Cummins and outboard Engines from various manufacturers are replaced.
We maintain the same concept for spare parts by providing critical spare parts list.
Life Cycle Management
Preventive maintenance usually follows OEM recommendations by intervals, or during operating hours.
This data is recorded and results in Maintenance and Repair Execution Task Cards (MRETC) which, among other services, accurately describe tasks, list required spare parts and provide average job time. Depending on customer relationships and requirements, Wesaya creates an annual preventive maintenance schedule with daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance tasks.
Corrective maintenance is usually performed by FRMT. These teams are highly specialized and have the tools to generate the appropriate reports. Under certain circumstances, this can have outstanding significance in terms of warranty issues.
Wesaya Electronic Maintenance Systems (WeMS)
If the customer applies for a WeMS (Electronic Maintenance System), the maintenance task can be explained through our application via:
Compatible with many computerized planned maintenance systems (CPMS) in the field.
WeMS systems can either be networked adaptively with existing CPMS or newly developed according to customer requirements. An update to existing systems can also be done if existing systems can be reprogrammed and “unrestricted intellectual property rights” are made available to the customer.
